Job Description:
- Assist in preparing, submitting, and following up on licensing applications and renewals.
- Maintain proper records of all licenses, permits, and related documents.
- Liaise with government agencies or regulatory bodies when needed.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to licensing and admin matters.
- Ensure timely reminders and tracking of license expiry dates.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in licensing or admin work is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
- Familiarity with government or regulatory procedures is an added advantage.
Job Information
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Working Location: Kepong Menjalara
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Working Time: 930AM - 6PM (Weekdays) | 10AM - 2PM (Saturday)
- Full-Time Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500/month + performance bonus
- Part-Time Salary: RM10 per hour
