Basic job purpose:
Administrator & Data Analyst provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Revenue. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination within the Revenue Department and across other departments, facilitating high-level communication, and maintaining confidentiality while managing sensitive information. The incumbent is expected to handle multiple responsibilities including meeting coordination, report preparation, departmental follow-ups and data analytic with a high degree of professionalism.

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support & Reporting:

· Organize and maintain systematic filing systems for Revenue Department, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.

· Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.

· Take minutes of meetings, prepare action lists, and ensure timely follow-up.

· Maintain confidential records and files.

· Ensure timely submission of departmental reports, dashboards, and project updates.

2. Human Resources Coordination

· Liaise with the Human Resources Department on matters related to staff training, sustainability goals, and employee engagement.

· Liaise with the Human Resources Department on monthly payroll submission. Ensure attendance, overtime & casual labour submission follow schedule.

3. Data Analysis

· Data Reporting: Generate daily/periodic dashboards on occupancy, revenue, guest segmentation, and operations.

· Forecasting & Demand Analysis: Use historical data and models to predict demand curves, optimize pricing, and maximize revenue.

· Regulatory & Authority Reporting: Prepare compliance reports and ensure accurate data submission to authorities.

· Stakeholder Communication: Package insights into actionable reports for senior management.

· Market/Guest Insights: Analyze guest behavior, market segments, promotions, and booking sources to enhance marketing and operations strategies.

4.Confidentiality & Professionalism:

· Uphold strict confidentiality on all matters related to strategy, business performance, personnel, and client data.

· Represent the Commercial Department with discretion, maturity, and a high level of integrity.

5. Additional Duties:

· Support special projects and industry research as needed.

Skills & experience:

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

· Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative support & data analytic role, preferably in a hospitality or corporate environment.

Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages an advantage.

· Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities effectively.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
