In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our KOL marketing strategy, building a high-performing network, and ensuring strong, long-term collaborations that align with our business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Sourcing & Qualification Quickly identify affiliate creators who specialize in short-form product. focused videos, such as unboxing, quick demos, or direct recommendation formats.
- Focus on micro affiliates with 1K–50K followers to ensure cost-effectiveness and better conversion testing
- Content Style Evaluation - Select affiliates producing 15-30 second videos with fast-paced editing and clear product value highlights.
- Guide creators to optimize content structure for stronger engagement and conversion.
- Affiliate Relationship Management - Coordinate content timelines, ensure affiliates deliver videos as agreed.
- Track and manage key outputs: video quantity, view count, and audience interaction.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization - Analyze video results to evaluate performance (views, engagement, conversion).
- Optimize affiliate selection and cooperation strategies based on actual results to improve ROI.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Strong command of Malay and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with short video platforms such as TikTok and the local content landscape in Malaysia.
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or KOL partnerships is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage creator relationships.
- Basic ability to analyze data and evaluate content performance.
