We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.
In addition to in-house brand development, we also provide external services including TikTok Shop Management, Livestream Planning, and TikTok Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates, creators, and content partners (especially TikTok-based)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to maximize their performance
- Monitor affiliate campaigns, track conversions, and analyze KPIs to optimize ROI
- Work closely with influencers and affiliate content creators to provide assets and guidance
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms with affiliates
- Use affiliate platforms to manage tracking and reporting
- Plan and execute seasonal or product-based affiliate campaigns to drive sales
- Ensure all affiliate content complies with brand guidelines and marketing regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to provide engaging content for affiliates
- Report weekly/monthly performance and suggest strategies to grow the affiliate channel
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree In Marketing, Business Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (TikTok or ecommerce is a plus)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms
- Strong understanding of influencer and social media trends
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in building relationships and solving problems

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
