Key Account Executive manages customer accounts by coordinating internal teams and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will handle issue resolution, track SLAs, maintain shipping data, and prepare presentations and QBRs. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, with Mandarin proficiency being a plus. Occasional travel may be needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads customer account coordination across internal teams (sales, customer service, procurement, design, production/distribution) and external customer.
- Coordinates multi-functional, multi-geographic activities to ensure consistent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Serves as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating internal problem resolution.
- Supervises customer related shipping milestones and SLA performances to ensure service is up to par as per the business commitments and requirements.
- Build and manage sustainable database of the customer's shipping details.
- Prepares customer presentations and ensure timely completion of all materials.
- Coordinates QBR (Quarterly Business Review) material collection, schedules and prepares meetings with customers and the team.
- Ensures input data accuracy in company systems.
- Attends customer meetings as needed.
- Occasional travel when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 yearsof experience in customer account management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, preferably in a multi-functional or cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
