Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing construction plans, while ensuring that the items and descriptions in the Bill of Quantities are accurate.
- Ensuring that the quantities in the Bill of Quantity are accurate based off drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations within the allocated timeline.
- To fully understand construction drawings.
- Scrutinizing maintenance, material costs, and contracts to ensure the best deals are made.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Possesses own transportation
- Travelling to sites as and when required

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
