Job Description
- Assists project team members on cross functional tasks such as purchasing, warehousing, deliveries.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to meet project’s schedule and tasks requirements.
- Prepare project documentations, such as meeting minutes, user manual, gantt chart, BOM, etc.
- Assists Project Manager in projects’ follow-ups/tasks with project team members.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by Project Manager.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or other Engineering field.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Familiar with project development cycle.
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experienced in Project Management software (Microsoft Project or equivalent) and project management methodology is an added advantage.
