Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Senior Manager, Finance and assist in reviewing employee expense claims, vendor payments, posting transactions to journals and ledgers, and collaborating with accountants on various accounting-related tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to data entry efforts in the ERP/accounting system and assist with administrative tasks.
- Review employee expense claims for accuracy and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Verify supporting documentation and receipts for expense claims.
- Ensure timely processing and reimbursement of approved expenses.
- Assist in posting financial transactions to journals and ledgers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of transaction records.
- Collaborate with accountants to support month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Provide necessary information and support during audit processes.
- Support the accounting team with various administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Specification:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
