Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and review entries performed by subordinates
- Responsible for month end closing and stocktake.
- Perform monthly costing run and standard activity rate assessment.
- Prepare audit schedules and materials for meeting.
- Involve in improvement of internal controls.
- Lead system implementation and modifications.
- Involve in daily routine finance operation.
- Optimise cashflows and review payments.
- Conduct training to internal stakeholders.
- Analyse monthly financial performance, stock holding, cashflow, operation performance, product margin analysis, production variance analysis, costing analysis and etc.
- ROI assessment for proposed projects and make recommendations.
- Liaise with bankers, corporate secretary, tax agent and auditors.
- Responsible for the preparation of the annual budgets and financial projections to aid business planning
- Monitor and forecast income and expenditure, and ensure expenditure is in line with the approved budget and recommend actions to improve revenue and control costs.
- Full set accounting for investment holding companies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 year working experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge for SAP or ERP system is preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, mature, organized and proactive.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
- Team player with good communication skills, possess strong initiative and good interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
