Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation).
- Support basic accounting functions (invoicing, payment records, receipts).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Update customer records and maintain proper filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and financial documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage stock records.
- Support other departments when needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
