Responsibilities:
- Prepare quality Japanese desserts and light food
- Operate and manage the bar/kitchen
- Assisting in finishing touches, plating, and working service
- Ensure that the quality and presentation of the dishes meet company standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- No working experience required as training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and grow
- Proven time management skills, planning, and punctuality
- Ability to follow SOP and instructions accurately
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
