Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade
Working Day : Mon – Fri
Working Hours : 9am – 6pm
Job Scope
- Interact with customers to understand and respond to their IT support needs.
- Gather relevant information from users and analyze symptoms to identify technical issues.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Follow up and perform scheduled callbacks to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, word processing tools, and basic office applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with professional networking environments.
- Knowledge of additional operating systems (Linux, macOS) is an added advantage.
- Experience with server administration (Windows or macOS) is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software-related issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered for junior roles.
