Job Scope:
- Monitor on‑hand inventory vs. allocated, inbound, and pipeline stock. Track turnover, aging, and slow-moving items. Take corrective actions to maintain service levels.
- Lead cycle count programmes (daily/weekly/monthly). Investigate and reconcile variances; implement precedent-changing process improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement to place and confirm orders. Monitor lead times, quality issues, and supplier performance. Communicate discrepancies or expediting needs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production to ensure materials availability.
- Maintain ERP/WMS/MRP data hygiene. Generate inventory dashboards and reports (e.g. turns, stock days, accuracy, forecast variance).
- Update SOPs (FIFO/LIFO, write-offs, cycle count). Drive compliance with company policies, finance, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or similar.
- 2-3 years experience in inventory planning, materials planning, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Inventory/MRP/ERP systems
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience with cycle‑count logic and inventory reconciliation.
- Effective communicator with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Meticulous attention to detail, high trustworthiness, process-oriented.
- Adaptable under pressure; skilled at solving stock-related disruptions.
- Mandarin language is a plus.
