- Responsible for handling a purchase requisition form from other internal departments.
- To conduct a quality and quantity assessment of the inventory received and verify it matches the purchase order.
- Liaise with other internal departments for delivery arrangements, including documentation, parcels, etc.
- Ensure the smooth movement of goods during receiving. transferring and storing.
- Coordinate monthly cycle counts and yearly stock takes.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate data entry of goods received, delivery orders, and stock adjustments on the system.
- To update inventory count and uphold inventory records for distribution to the deaprtment Head of department.
