Job Description
(A) Core Functions
1. Monitor Inventory and performed approved inventory adjustment and other inventory related issues as follows:
(a) Protects company stocks by ensuring compliance with operations procedures and regulations.
(b) Manage and run nationwide stock counts, monthly counts and surprise checks for company inventory.
(c) Reconcile and investigate stock variances.
(d) Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
2. Ensure Navision is in smooth running order in terms of documentation processing and procedures.
(B) Other Accountabilities
1. Responsible on other areas relating to POS and Navision that are not mentioned above but form part of the work of an organization & method and other ad hoc duties relating to POS and Navision that may be assigned by the IC HOD.
2. To report and highlight any inconsistencies and irregularities detected during the performance of the above functions immediately to the IC HOD.
3. To assist the IC HOD in matters relating to stocks and system or otherwise in others areas relating to companies matters.
4. Collaborate with various departments with regard to launch of new items, new store opening, store closure, and inventory management.
5. Any other duties as may be directed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in footwear industry or any related field in required for this position.
- Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Glenmarie.
- Able to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
