- Report for duty punctually wearing correct uniform and maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- To ensure all guest inquiries and/or request are handled in a polite, courteous and efficient manner
- To always smile readily at guest and colleagues
- To be fully conversant with all of the facilities of the hotel and their operating hours
- To attend any briefing/training as and when scheduled punctually
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel
- Complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s fire hygiene, health and safety regulations/policies
- To follow instruction given and/or to perform other duties as and when required
- To ensure all rooms being cleaned according to standard and being supplied with sufficient guest amenities at all times
- To inform Supervisor/Desk Clerk and records any defects, losses or damages at working area
- To report any sleep out/No luggage room to supervisor/ Desk Clerk
- To ensure all rooms assigned been cleaned for the day before end of shift
- To inform supervisor/Desk Clerk of any irregularities happening in the guest rooms especially those that cannot be service (DND)
- To check all vacant/ Out of Service/Out of order rooms daily for any defects /discrepancy and touch up at the same time
- To remove any room service tray from rooms and corridors to designated area at service lift landing
- To ensure cleaning tools and machinery being cleaned regularly before end of the shift and report to supervisor/Desk Clerk if any repair needed
- To ensure correct chemicals being used while carry out any type of cleaning
- To ensure only clean, crisp, no torn, no stains towels and bed linens been used in all guestrooms
- To report any Lost & Found items to supervisor/Desk Clerk and bring the items to Housekeeping Office before end of the shift
- After completing room cleaning, shall ensure entrance /connecting door is properly locked before proceed to the other rooms
Marketing Responsibilities:
- To make sure that fliers and brochures are there to be seen by guest

Pay: RM799.00 - RM800.00 per month
