Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in processes such as LHDN stamping and new hire documentation. Hands on experience on recruitment and some basics on RBA compliance will also be offered to the successful intern. Before completion, there will be a project where the intern will be able to understand our recruitment process and design a guideline based on the actual process.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Management, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a manufacturing or production setting.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
