Job Description
1. Accounts Payable Support
- Assist in processing invoices and payments.
- Verify billing accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
- Help maintain vendor records and track payment statuses.
2. Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Input financial transactions into accounting systems.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support in digitalizing paper records where applicable.
3. Ad-hoc Administrative Tasks
- Help gather and organize documents for internal/external audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.
- Support team members with ad-hoc finance or reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Effective communication skills in both Malay and English (spoken and written)
- Willing to work on-site at Phileo Damansara 2
- Eager to learn, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
