Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly/ quarterly reports for management which involves Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Equity;
- Financial Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of yearly budget;
- Vendor Management: Assist in registration of new vendors to the company's system;
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable including collection from customers as well as reconciliation of accounts;
- Corporate Finance and Treasury - Monitoring of funding and financial/trade facilities regularly, including processing Equity Calls;
- Administrative: Liaise with various stakeholders for meetings, approvals and other administrative matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and create reports;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial information;
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with different departments;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial software;
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
