RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate promotional events with all related parties.
- Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.
- Supervise staff and promoters’ manpower coverage, discipline and conduct are in accordance to the Company’s policies and regulations.
- Manage daily operational activities on selling floor which includes staff and promoters providing the appropriate service standards to customers, shopping environment and customer’s facilities.
- Consolidate and provide sales reports to the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma with good written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in retail business, experience preferred.
- Pleasant with strong interpersonal and leadership skill with positive attitude.
- Proficiency in PC skill and MS office (e.g. Excel & PowerPoint) and good in report writing skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,001.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
