Job Description:
As an intern at TMpoint Kulim, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced telecommunications industry. You'll support our team in delivering top-notch customer service while learning about TM’s products and services, including Unifi, TM Mobile, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding Unifi, TM products, and services
- Support the service counter with registration, documentation, and follow-ups
- Learn how to handle basic troubleshooting, technical queries, and billing assistance
- Help maintain records and perform data entry tasks
- Assist with promotional activities and customer engagement tasks
- Shadow experienced staff to understand retail telco operations
- Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Admin, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of computers & internet services is a plus
- Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision
