Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily field operations and project schedules across HVAC, electrical, and maintenance teams
- Monitor real-time job progress, technician dispatch, material requests, and completion reporting
- Use data dashboards, job tracking tools, or digital systems to enhance transparency and efficiency
- Ensure documentation (e.g., job sheets, service reports, photos, checklists) is submitted accurately and timely
- Track SLA, downtime, delays, and generate performance reports for management
- Collaborate with HR and Technical Team for technician allocation, appraisals, and training needs
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and propose digital/automated solutions
- Assist in testing, implementing, or maintaining new internal tools (e.g., project management platforms, ERP, asset system)
- Liaise with client reps, project managers, and procurement for job readiness and closure

- Tech-savvy and systems-driven with strong interest in field operations, analytics, and intelligent workflows
- Strong leadership mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Able to handle multi-site coordination with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with a hybrid team (field staff, back office, and management)
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering Management, Operations Management, Business IT, Project Coordination, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, M&E fieldwork, or operational support
- Knowledge in project scheduling, technician routing, job card processing, or service workflows
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any digital job tracking platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Monday.com, or custom dashboards)
- Bonus: Knowledge in Power BI, ERP systems, or asset management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu & English
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for project or site coordination (when needed)
