Job Descriptions:
- Manage communications with overseas agents and local customers, ensuring timely follow-up on import sea shipment documents and inquiries.
- Create and update shipment records, including job opening, data entry, and monitoring HBL status (original BL or telex release).
- Prepare and process payment vouchers for liners, container deposits, and coordinate with finance for payment arrangements.
- Generate and distribute key documents such as cargo manifests, NOA, IID, and customs submissions (K4) to relevant parties.
- Coordinate with warehouse and port operations for unstuffing plans, NHK arrangements, and return of empty containers.
- Monitor payments for COD customers and follow up on uncollected cargo with agents and consignees.
- Resolve operational issues related to container damage, demurrage, detention, and cargo claims, providing necessary documents and evidence.
- Support general operations and execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year's working experience in logistics will be and added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and with good communication skill.
- Able to oversee other related scope of work such as documentation, logistics & coordination with other department.
- This position will be based in Port Klang town.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
