- Responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies, plans and execution programs in meeting the Company’s desired positioning in the market and fulfilling the approved headcount for hiring
- Responsible for independently directing and managing our HR backend operations
- Develop and present talent acquisition strategies, plans and budget for Senior Management approval
- Translates the strategies and plans into programs and executes these programs to fulfill the approved headcount including selecting the right talent acquisition platforms, design of advertisement/presentation and content writing
- Sources, negotiates, recommends and executes all collaboration programs with Universities, Academies, SKM, Career Fair Exhibitors and other relevant bodies in building the right positioning in the market for the Company
- Supervises direct report in ensuring follow through on selection process and closing of the positions are being executed in professional manner and leaving a good experience for the candidates
- Participates in weekly Recruitment Meeting to update recruitment progress & forecast
- Conducts analysis on the data captured, presents findings with recommendation, and seek Senior Management’s direction for continuity improvement in the talent acquisition strategies and plans
- Partners with sales support team in employee retention, development, exit interview and counselling sessions
- Supervises the monthly payroll process for the Group, overseeing Regional countries to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Directs and ensure adhere to all local government statutory requirements in Malaysia, meeting deadlines and staying abreast of current legislation
- Supervises and handles all correspondences with Government statutory bodies
- Oversees benefit administration, HR document filing and HRMS management
- Supervises and handles all staff enquiries pertaining to HR policies and procedures and brings to Superior’s attention any areas of concern for necessary updates or revision
- Must be competent in Microsoft Excel at Advance Level
- Good knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices
- Maintains up to date knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions
- Effective people management skill, resourceful and mobile
- Proficient in English and Chinese languages both in oral and writing

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
