Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, manage job postings, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, implement engagement programs, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, assist with performance improvement plans, and support training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to HR policies, local labor laws, and company regulations. Handle investigations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing, manage benefits inquiries, and contribute to compensation planning and market research.
- HR Data & Reporting: Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and maintain accurate HR data and databases.
- HR Strategy & Collaboration: Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations and attend key company meetings.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, manage learning programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Additional Responsibilities: Maintain HR records, manage insurance claims, and provide support during staff absences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
