KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in documentation and filing of HR-related documents.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and handling candidate records.
- Assist in general Human Resources tasks.
- Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Provide support for other HR and administrative tasks/projects as assigned.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews when required.
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literate and able to work independently.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Willing to be based in Subang Jaya.
- Available for an internship of at least 3 months.
