- Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record.
- Understand and execute staffing requisition, requirements, and attend to issues from all departments.
- Update and maintain employees personal record and manpower report.
- Participate in company events or staff activities on occasions by Management’s approval.
- Perform monthly payroll processing, performance evaluation procedures, benefits management and HR administration.
- Check all kinds of bill, such as clinic bill, invoice of outsource workers, insurance bill, rental fees, internet bill, etc.
- Prepare basic HR correspondences, such as confirmation letter, warning letter, memo, show cause, etc.
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they carry out their tasks properly.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.
