- Manpower planning, job advertisement /placement,recruitment,resume search/shortlisted candidates for HOD selection, interview arrangement .
- Handle employee on boarding process.
- Conduct new staff orientation.
- Maintain HR Records ie Employee Personal file, database & etc of each staff in proper and efficient manner
- Assist and organize of company events and activities.
- Keep track for expired permit and passport worker
- Liase with transporter for arrangement daily overtime and Fomema
- To lead the employees training requirement for the entire company including training need analysis, training plan and ensure all training are completed within the time frame.
Requirement
- Fresh Graduate or minimum 2 years of working experience as HR Executive
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Sound knowledge and hands-on in HR practices and Malaysia Labour and Industrial Relation laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, such as Outlook, Excel,Word and Power Point
- Excellent communication skills (oral and writing) in Business English and Bahasa Malaysia
