Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources function at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning while supporting business goals and maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the plant.
- Analyze workforce trends and make data-driven decisions for manpower planning.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
- Foster a positive employee relations environment.
- Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with labor unions and participate in negotiations and compliance.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers on performance improvement and development plans.
- Identify training needs and roll out skill development programs.
- Drive employee engagement and career development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations, and company policies.
- Handle audits, legal inspections, and maintain necessary documentation.
- Oversee payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
- Coordinate with finance and external vendors for timely disbursements and compliance.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in HR experience, with at least 3 years in managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small HR team.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
