Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records including leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation sessions for new hires, document collection, system access setup/removal, and coordination to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support training coordination, monitor attendance, and assist in HRDF claims submissions.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and supporting disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of HR-related requests and information flow.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR working experience is required.
- With knowledge of HRDF processes is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
