Human Resources:
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS database, and personnel files.
- Prepare and process payroll, claims, leave administration, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Manage company correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in drafting letters, memos, and other administrative communications.
- Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of working experience in HR and administration, preferably in the IT/technology industry.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory HR requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
