Hiring Hotel Front Office / Receptionist
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Front Office to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests,you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room or service reservations.
- Manage phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.

Requirements
- Prior experience in a front office or customer service role is a bonus but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in using computer systems; knowledge of booking or hotel management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
