Responsibilities – Front Office
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Keep reception area tidy and organized
- Provide administrative and clerical support as required
Responsibilities – Housekeeping
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure guest rooms are clean and comfortable
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Vacuum carpets, sweep & mop floors, clean windows and mirrors
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, replenish amenities
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairways, and public areas
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Manage inventory for linens, cleaning products, and amenities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front office or housekeeping role
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, hotel system knowledge is an advantage) – Front Office role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage)
- Positive attitude, friendly personality, and professional appearance
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Team player with strong organizational skills
