Main Function
The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing all front desk operation, ensuring excellent guest service and overseeing the front desk team including receptionist, concierge, bell staff & reservation agent. Giving personalized service and attention to guest during their stay and ensuring guest special requests are accomplished. In other words, to maximize the number of guests receiving personalize attention whereby optimum satisfaction is achieved, to increase the numbers of returning guests. They ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures, handle guest concerns and maintain high standards of hospitality. To performs the functions of Night Auditor in the absence of the Night Auditor.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
