Job details:
Provides continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat & email related to the product.
Employ high level of interpersonal & communication skills while solving customer's issues. Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer's enquiries. Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Good computer literacy.
Time 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
2 days off in a week
(Compulsory working on Public Holidays)

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,100.00 per month
