We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Manager to oversee our Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Management Accounts functions. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical skills and a passion for continuous improvement and financial accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Accounts Payable:
- Manage invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments in compliance with internal policies.
- Handle AP month-end closing, including accruals and reporting.
Accounts Receivable:
- Oversee invoicing, receipt allocation, and collections.
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding payments. Work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues.
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support the month-end closing process and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain financial records and support audit and compliance activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting
