Finance / Company Secretary Intern

· Provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.

· Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients.

· Familiar to using technology or cloud environments to prepare documents

· Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the deadline provided in the Acts.

· Ensure all companies comply with the relevant sections of the Acts, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

· Assist in the preparation of statutory and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.

· Maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for secretarial documents.

· Prepare board of directors’ and members’ resolutions for disposal, acquisitions, loan capital by the company Liaise with auditors, public officer, and other relevant parties.

· Prepare certified documents

1. Annual Reports & Financial Statements:

• Finance prepares the financials.
• Co Sec ensures proper filing with regulators (e.g., SSM in Malaysia).

2. Board and Shareholder Meetings:

• Finance presents financial updates.
• Co Sec prepares meeting minutes and ensures proper documentation.

3.Statutory Filings:

• Finance provides the numbers.
• Co Sec files forms like annual returns, share capital changes, etc.

4.Dividends:

• Finance calculates and manages payment.
• Co Sec handles legal notices and resolutions.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
