Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of designated properties, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality facility management.
- Drive a team to deliver excellent property management services in line with real estate management agreements.
- Ensure all building facilities, safety equipment, and common areas are well maintained to the highest standards.
- Handle owner and resident enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with government agencies and authorities to ensure compliance and timely license renewals.
- Contribute to tenancy, leasing management, and other property development initiatives.
- Prepare budgets, reports, and ensure effective implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Build strong working relationships with consultants, agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with insurance and licensing requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ overall working experience, with at least 3 years in property management of high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A resilient and adaptable mindset — able to remain composed under pressure and tackle challenges head-on.
- A passion for delivering results, improving systems, and driving continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
