Yours Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth logistical execution of the events
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors and part-time staff
- Prepare and organize event materials, including packing and logistics
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records for compliance purposes
- Provide administrative and operational support across all our events
