Job description:
1. E-commerce Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage our company's e-store and presence or up-coming online marketplace.
- Ensure that product listings are consistently updated, accurate, and visually appealing to attract potential customers.
- Monitor platform performance, identify trends, and propose strategies to enhance sales and overall customer experience.
2. Product Listing and Optimization:
- Create and maintain product listings with persuasive content, encompassing product descriptions, images, and crucial details.
- Conduct keyword research and employ optimization techniques to elevate visibility and ranking on e-commerce platforms' search results.
- Fulfilment Management:
- Continuously update and manage stock inventory levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse/outlet and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely customer deliveries.
4. Advertisement Management:
- Utilize paid advertising tools and strategies to amplify product listings and increase visibility.
- Analyze advertising performance and ROI, making necessary adjustments to maximize conversion rates.
5. Customer Service and Satisfaction:
- Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services.
- Provide service and solve clients' problems through live chat, Marketplace, Facebook Messenger, email and phone calls.
- Coordinate and liaise customer orders with outlet for packing and dispatch.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse e-commerce performance data and generate regular reports on weekly and monthly basic.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma holder. Preferably in marketing, E-commerce, media, mass communications, business information technology
- Knowledge on E-commerce/Digital Marketing/ Social Media/Marketplaces/ O2O/ Analytics/ Graphic Design/Webstore Development is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce marketplace management is a must. He/she should have working knowledge and experience of various local and international e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end and back-end (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shopify, Magento etc.)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
