- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in developing and refining Indian menu items, incorporating both traditional and innovative elements.
- Ensure all mise en place is completed for service and maintained at the highest quality.
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize wastage.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Chef de Partie.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff within the section.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workstation at all times.
- Adhere to the property’s grooming, conduct, and safety standards.
