Fresh off a fundraise from an industry strategic, we are now looking to scale aggressively and are looking for hungry and driven individuals to join our team to shape the next chapter of our growth.
Job Summary
As a Customer Success Intern at Pitstop, you will play a key role in helping our customers get the most out of our platform. You will work closely with our Customer Success team to onboard new customers, track their progress and proactively guide them towards achieving their business goals using our tools. Your responsibilities will go beyond answering questions - you will learn how to analyse customer usage data, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in creating resources that make our products easier to use and more impactful. You will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop internal processes utilising AI tools, providing product recommendations, giving you a front-row seat to how a fast-growing SaaS company operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Assist in monitoring customer activity and identifying opportunities to improve adoption
- Respond to customer enquiries via chat, email and calls in a professional, timely manner
- Help prepare training materials, user guides, and resources to improve customer experience
- Work with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Assist in setting up automated customer engagement workflows using AI tools
- Support Customer Success Managers in preparing account reviews and reports

Qualifications
- Degree is preferred but not required
- Any field of study is welcome - course agnostic
- Hunger to learn, experiment and grow
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
