Job Description
- Liaise and negotiate with oversea agents, local agents and clients.
- Handle freight pricing quotation & operations arrangement.
- Open job & key in shipment details in system.
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation arrangements.
- Liaise with oversea agents and local agents for shipment details, shipping documents, truck & vessel space booking.
- To actively track and trace shipments and update clients accordingly.
- Ensure all items are marks as per invoice or packing list.
- Ensure items are in a good condition and the quantity received as per order.
- Prepare customs forms.
- Ensure to close all jobs with completed revenue & cost before the closing deadline.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain good, professional working relationship and effective communications with existing and new clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication, negotiation and writing skills
- Required Languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Willingness to learn and able to multitask
- Able to start work immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
