KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Function • To transact over-the-counter transactions on cash and non-cash transactions according to advice slips or other negotiable documents
• To record all transaction accurately and balance each day's operations
• To perform general administrative duties as required by the function
• To discharge duties instructed by immediate supervisor to serve business interests of the Bank
Customer Relationship • To attend to customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints by providing prompt and service to customers, escalate customer's feedback to higher authority for deliberation.
• To actively involve in cross product sales activities to ensure optimal customer reach.
Process & Compliance • To maintain confidentiality of information and comply to standard operational procedures (SOPs) and to ensure regulatory requirements are met towards achieving operational excellent
• To perform other duties as assignedPerform branch operation transactions and provide efficient and effective service to achieve optimal customer satisfaction
