About Our Client:
Our client is a trusted provider of company formation and accounting services for UK-based businesses, including virtual office and tax filing support. Their streamlined and partner-driven business model supports clients from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia.
Job Scope:
- Input client data into Excel databases including company and personal details.
- Schedule identity verification procedures with clients via email.
- Send company registration and document update emails.
- Manage incoming mail, perform name changes, and document alerts.
- Use Microsoft Outlook to notify and track irregular letters.
- Escalate irregular issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support internal recordkeeping and operational documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to speak Cantonese and read/write Chinese.
- Able to handle client data with confidentiality and professionalism.
