We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive – KYC. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and performing KYC verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, focusing on KYC-related matters
- Review and verify customer identification documents and data
- Guide customers through the KYC process and provide accurate information
- Ensure all KYC documentation meets internal and external compliance standards
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve KYC issues or escalations
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and verifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or KYC/compliance-related roles
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures strictly
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance requirements is a plus
- Able to work on rotational shifts and public holidays.
