Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Address concerns, collaborate with teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
*Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
*Act as a link between customers and internal teams.
*Meet daily calls KPI.
*Identify up-selling opportunities. (Commission base)
*Analyze feedback for improvements.
*Monitor accounts and ensure accurate billing.
