Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B), introducing the company’s recruitment and manpower services.
- Understand client needs through active questioning and brief discussions to identify potential hiring gaps.
- Send follow-up emails with service brochures, company profiles, or proposal templates after calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align call approach with current recruitment focus or manpower availability.
- Meet weekly KPIs on call volume, conversion rate, and quality of leads generated.
Requirements:
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or relevant fields
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
- Able to write professional follow-up emails
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
