Customer Operations Executive (Logistics/Freight)

Salary: RM2,700 – RM3,000/month + Overtime Eligible
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role
We are looking for a Forwarding Executive to join our logistics division under a 6-month contract. This role is perfect for someone experienced in shipping/forwarding who enjoys managing documentation, coordinating with agents, and ensuring smooth import/export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance processes
- Liaise with customs, port authorities, freight forwarders, and transporters
- Ensure shipping schedules and delivery timelines are met
- Verify invoices, permits, and related shipping documents
- Maintain up-to-date records of all forwarding activities
- Coordinate closely with internal teams on goods movement
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in forwarding/logistics operations
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and incoterms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document processing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is a strong advantage!
