Position Title: Culinary Intern
Duration: Minimum 3-6 months (depends on university/college/academy)
Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Learn and execute culinary techniques under supervision.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Support in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing diploma/degree in any related disciplines or equivalent.
- Typhoid injection certificate required.
- Willing to drive development plan and take extra initiatives during internship.
- Currently in Malaysia and willing to work different shift.
Schedule : flexible hours
Internship Allowance : RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
